If you are in Oxfordshire or beyond and whether it is for the wall on your home, to help sell a home or just as a photo of a corporate premises. Aerial photographs and video offer a new and fresh perspective that allows people to see far more than with just a simple ground based image.
We can produce stunning imagery that will flatter or just simply detail a building from a perspective that allows it to be viewed as a bird may see it. Such photographs and video place images in their surroundings which can help explain your location, sell your property or simply make you feel good about the beautiful home you own.
Photographs are generally edited and/or enhanced to make them look their very best, but we can also, if you wish, simply provide you with untouched images and video for your own editing or by another third party.
All photo shoots are carefully planned with regard to health and safety and CAA compliance. We also work hard to only film or photograph in the right weather and time of day to show your property at it’s very best. For those in a rush, we can even provide finished work within a few hours of landing and can even do same day photo shoots!
Experienced Pilot and Photographer
Drone’s Eye is much more than a person with a drone who has decided to sell photographs but is a CAA authorised for commercial work and is run by someone who has years of experience in drone photography and even more as a photographer and image editor. Many of our photographs are featured by Google Maps from our work as a Google Street View Trusted Photographer. We do not just provide photographs but can also provide video which can be edited to create a show reel of the best parts of your establishment.
Videos can be provided as straight video files in whatever resolution you require (up to 4K) and can also be provided online on your own public or private YouTube channel as required – we will even help setup your own YouTube channel is you wish. We also offer a complete video editing service so that you end up with a completely finished product.
The results provided will far surpass that you may get from the friend you know who has a drone, and ours are taken using a variety of drones depending on the situation and needs of the job. All work is also retained on disc and in the cloud indefinitely should it be required in the future and is generally re-provided free of charge. (assuming no further editing is required).
Individual Homes
Houses can be difficult to photograph! Often it is not possible, using a land based camera to capture all your home in a single frame let alone show it as more than two facades.
Drone photography can showcase your home or one you are trying to sell in a fashion that highlights and shows off it’s best features. Include the garden or hint as to the views it may have. Using photos taken from the sky we can usually feature all of your property in one frame and (if you have a really big property) can merge multiple images to show all you property in a single photo.
Forgotten about the dustbins? Don’t worry, before taking any shots we will always try to point out features that you would be better not showing and if they even only become apparent until after we have taken your pictures most smaller eyesores can be edited out.
If you wish we can even provide framed or mounted photos to put on your wall.
Property Sales
Whether you are selling your own home privately or you are an estate agent selling a property for a client photographs or video from above can help show the best features of a house to include shots of the garden and/or surround areas rather than just the normal views making it stand out from other properties for sale.
We can, if required also provide video walk throughs of a property in the same video as the aerial shots. We can, in addition provide 360 panoramic photographs of the exterior and interior (see our Special Services Page for more information.)
If an estate agent seeking our services do not forget that this service does not have to eat into your commission margins as this service can be sold as an extra (at cost or with a markup) to your clients when producing sales information for their properties.
Commercial Premises
For businesses such as hotels, restuarants, outdoor attractions or public houses an aerial photo of your premises either on the wall in your reception area, on your brochure or menu or even as a complete wall covering can create a favourable impression with clients old and new.
Such images are also useful for use on social media or to show specific areas of your premises to answer queries. If a hotel, such pictures can help highlight your grounds and a video or a fly around your grounds can greatly enhance the appeal of your establishment.

Housing, Estate Agents & Property Developers
For housing developers and estate agents a ‘Birds Eye View’ can really help sell house newly built premises as well as older properties up for sale. Aerial views of individual houses or property development projects, even prior to completion, can help chart or publicise those properties or construction projects.
We can fly through or over your development and provide photographs and video that will help you to show all features of your new estate. Walk through and even fly-through videos of individual buildings are also available and can be filmed at the same time as taking aerial shots, thus adding a lot less to the overall total cost.
Regular visits can also allow you to provide updates to either investors/sponsor or new prospective customers.
